Growth Capital Partners is pleased to announce that it concluded an investment into Kaliber (Pty) Ltd (“Kaliber”) effective 1 July 2023.

Established in 2014, Kaliber is a South African distributor of safety and security footwear. The products are designed by Kaliber and distributed under their own “Kaliber” brand. Based in Wynberg, Sandton, this business has built a reputation for footwear which offers comfort, optimum protection, and quality at competitive prices.

Growth Capital Partners provided the equity capital for the founding shareholders and management to realise full value for a portion of their investment in Kaliber, thereby diversifying a portion of their wealth. Growth Capital Partners will also provide growth funding as and when required.

We were looking for a financial partner who we could work with as people, was a cultural fit and who could assist in unlocking our growth opportunities, and we found all of these attributes in Growth Capital Partners.
