We will consider a minimum stake of 25% right through to outright control
We can invest mezzanine finance alongside equity finance to ensure appropriate equity ownership objectives are met
We invest across all industries with the exception of primary mining and agriculture
Our investors are high net worth individuals with a proven track record in the South African Private Equity arena
We are able to consider investment into commercial & industrial property through an affiliate investment vehicle
