Growth Capital Partners (“GCP”) is pleased to announce that it has concluded an investment into Packman Packing (Pty) Ltd (“PackMan”) effective 1 March 2023.

Established in 1999, PackMan has positioned itself as a leading and trusted packing company in South Africa, characterised by service excellence, competitive pricing and innovative products.

The company offers both generic packing solutions, as well as custom branded packaging, for convenience goods, ranging from spice and sauce sachets to beverage boxes, tea bags, coffee, sugar, and sweetener sachets, as well as cutlery sets, wrapped items and gel hand sanitiser products.

We are looking forward to partnering with Growth Capital Partners and exploring the benefits of being a part of their wider portfolio companies. We identified early on in our discussions, that there was common ground and overlap with certain of their investee companies. Our objective is to continue growing our company by building on its strong reputation in the market and utilising the benefit of the newly created synergies.
